Return & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Lovemylashestoo by email at lovemylashestoo.nl@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been accept, you must send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
Defective of Incorrect Items
If your receive a defective of incorrect item, please contact us at lovemylashestoo.nl@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unopened
- With all original tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt of proof of purchase
The following item are non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Glue products that have been opened or removed from sealed punches
- Eyelash extensions and other hygiene sensitive items
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- No refunds will be issued for items that are damaged, altered, or used.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
