Customer Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code that you can use to track your package. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure it is received on time.

  • If a package is not collected or returned to us due to incorrect address information or because the shipment cannot be tracked, additional shipping costs may be charged to resend the package.
  • Lovemylashestoo is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages due to circumstances beyond our control.


Customs Fees and Import Duties

Depending on the destination country, customs fees and import duties may apply. These fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Lovemylashestoo is not liable for delays or problems caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or delayed, we will coordinate an investigation with the carrier. This can take up to 21 business days. During this period, no refunds or replacements will be issued until the investigation is completed.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, you can choose a replacement or refund.
